The 1,400-acre
park is a significant destination for campers and
hikers. During summer months, Wells State park
has an interpretive program that provided guided
walks and hikes, recreational activities and evening
campfire programs. Ten miles of trails, scenic
vistas from Carpenter Rocks. Restrooms available.
Recommended Activities: Boating,
camping, canoeing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding,
mountain biking, cross country skiing, and swimming.
