Old Furnace State
Park is nearly on the Rhode Island border. The blue-blazed
Old Furnace Trail treks through fragrant pines and leads
to a scenic rock outcropping wit a view of Upper Ross Pond. A
few archaelogical remains remind visitors that this once
was the site of a Revolutionary War foundry. Parking
and picnic tables.
