The park is a former boys camp.  The name "Mooween" means brown bear in Algonquin.  Located on the eastern side of Red Cedar Lake, noted for fishing and boating activities.  Several points of interest on the trails include the remains of the former boys camp and the foundation and chimney stack of the 300-year old Granny Austin Tavern.

Recreational Activities: Hiking, fishing, boating and swimming.
