The park
is actually a merger of three state parks: Mashamoquet,
Wolf Den and Saptree Run. Prominent geological features
include: General Israel Putnam's famous Wolf Den,
Table Rock and Indian Chair, all accessd by park's
trail system. Mashamoquet Brook is stocked with trout
each spring. All sites are signed from Route
44. Picnic Pavillion, concession, restrooms,
changing rooms and parking.
Recreational Activities: Picnicking,
fishing, swimming, field sports, camping, nature
trails, hiking, mountain biking.
